What to Expect
The first session is usually about getting to know you and talk about the issues that concern you. Often a goal is then set that may become a focus of subsequent sessions.

The number of sessions may vary depending on your needs. Some clients benefit from a couple of sessions while others may need 10-15 sessions. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly or less frequent at a later stage of therapy.

Sessions are usually 50 min in duration.

We make sure that our clients have absolute privacy and confidentiality and any information will only be released with consent.
